OUR APPROACH
How MkOS Implements and Manages AI
A useful AI implementation has a defined job, clear permissions and a way to verify that the work completed. MkOS follows an agreed process from discovery through testing, handover and ongoing management.
Start with a free introductory call
Discuss your first workflow, current tools and the result you want. Straightforward needs can proceed directly to a written package quote.
If deeper mapping is needed, the optional $3,500 assessment reviews up to three processes and produces an implementation roadmap. It is paid upfront and does not require a monthly retainer.
1. Define the process and outcome
We identify the starting event, required inputs, repeat decisions, connected tools and responsible people. We also agree what a completed outcome means: a valid booking, an updated record, a routed exception or another observable result.
This is where usage assumptions, integration boundaries and approval rules are made explicit. A written scope prevents an ordinary workflow from turning into an unlimited implementation promise.
2. Connect the approved systems
We build custom-coded workflows using the information and permissions agreed with the client. Existing software is the starting point where its supported connectors or APIs make that practical.
The operation needs a plan for missing information, duplicate events and unavailable systems. Those cases are designed into the work rather than left for employees to discover after launch.
3. Test normal requests and exceptions
Testing uses representative scenarios and agreed acceptance criteria. A successful demonstration is not enough: we check incomplete inputs, unsupported questions and cases that must go to a person.
Your team confirms policies, information and launch permissions. The handover explains how the agreed operation works, where its limits are and who owns the exceptions.
4. Manage the operation against its scope
For managed offerings, we monitor failures, maintain connections, sample output quality and review measured outcomes with the client. Refinements use the monthly allowance for the existing workflows.
New processes, additional locations and major integrations are quoted separately. For consulting projects, ongoing management is optional and receives its own scope.
