What this overview will cover

  • Follow one customer through intake, sales and support
  • See the internal work connected to the same record
  • Understand the deployment scope and payment milestones

Connect the whole agreed process

A customer inquiry can become a qualified opportunity, an appointment, a work order and a later support request. Separate tools often leave employees reconciling records at every handoff. The aim is a consistent operation with clear ownership of each step.

The starting package combines front desk, lead handling, customer service and business operations. It covers one location, up to ten workflows and up to six standard integrations. It is designed for a substantial deployment with a written implementation scope.

An illustrative inquiry-to-fulfillment operation

The system captures an inquiry, qualifies it, creates a customer record and coordinates a next step. Following an approved sale, it can prepare the agreed internal work, track completion and route later customer inquiries using the same connected record.

The example is a process design, not a reported customer outcome. Available APIs, data quality and permissions determine which actions can be implemented. Complex custom connectors and additional locations are quoted separately.

Decide who owns consequential actions

Your team sets policy and grants operating permissions. Decisions such as negotiating a contract, overriding price rules, releasing payments or resolving a material dispute need named owners and explicit approval gates.

The agency manages the agreed systems, monitoring and refinements. It does not supply all the human staff of the business or assume unlimited authority over the company. Handoffs and fallback behavior are tested before launch.

Use one operational review

We examine completed work, pipeline progress, failed handoffs, repeated exceptions and the changes needed within scope. Business outcomes should be traceable to records rather than inferred from the volume of AI interactions.

Monthly management includes twelve refinement hours. Connected Operations replaces the four individual selections in the estimate builder; its allowances are combined limits, not the sum of every standalone package. AI Visibility can be added separately.

Questions about this service

Is this an unlimited company-wide deployment?

No. The starting scope covers one location, up to two departments, ten workflows and six standard integrations. Additional capacity or complexity is quoted separately.

Why does it replace individual packages in the calculator?

The bundle already covers the front desk, lead handling, support and operational functions. Replacing those selections prevents double charging for the same functional package.

Is 24/7 human support included?

Automated monitoring runs continuously. Agency support is Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm Pacific, excluding holidays. Around-the-clock human response and contractual response times require separate scoping.

What phone and website chat usage is included?

Each billing month includes 15,000 AI voice minutes and 20,000 website chat conversations. Extra AI voice costs $0.20/minute and extra website chat costs $0.10/conversation. Standard domestic carrier costs and AI processing are covered within these allowances. SMS, international calling and staffed answering are separate. Connected Operations pools its allowance across its included functions; standalone package allowances are not added to that bundle.
