What happens when a customer contacts you?
The conversation starts with the reason for the inquiry. The system can use approved service information, business hours and booking rules to answer routine questions. It captures the customer details needed for the next step, rather than leaving your team with an unexplained missed call.
Where a supported calendar is connected, it can check availability and create an appointment. If the request needs a person, it routes the conversation and shares the captured information. Booking permissions, urgent routing and fallback behavior are agreed before launch.
An example: an after-hours service inquiry
A caller asks whether your company serves their area. The front desk checks the approved service boundaries, asks what they need, and offers an eligible appointment. The booking and conversation summary enter the connected systems.
This is an illustrative workflow, not a customer result. Availability, system compatibility and the actions allowed during a call determine the final implementation.
What we need before implementation
We need your services, frequently asked questions, location and hours, escalation contacts, booking rules and access to the two agreed integrations. Your team confirms the information and tests representative conversations before launch.
Policies involving price exceptions, complaints, emergencies or sensitive information require explicit handling rules. Human staffing and a continuously staffed agency response desk are not part of this package.
What we measure after launch
Useful measures include answered inquiries, completed bookings, successful transfers, incomplete requests and conversations requiring correction. We review sampled interactions and report exceptions that need attention.
The monthly fee covers monitoring, maintenance and two hours of refinements to the existing scope. It does not promise that every conversation becomes an appointment or sale.
Questions about this service
Does the front desk replace our phone number?
The existing number can often be retained or forwarded through a supported phone setup. Compatibility is confirmed before implementation. Standard domestic carrier costs are included in the voice allowance; additional numbers or special routing are agreed separately.
Does $995 include call and chat usage?
Yes. Each billing month includes 2,000 AI voice minutes and 2,000 website chat conversations, including standard domestic carrier costs and AI processing. Additional voice costs $0.20/minute and additional website chat costs $0.10/conversation. SMS, international calls and staffed answering are separate.
Can it handle several locations?
The starting package covers one location. Multiple locations, separate booking policies or additional integrations require a written scope.
