Make company knowledge usable
Policies, manuals and operating procedures often live in different folders, systems and versions. An internal assistant can reduce the effort needed to locate relevant information, but it needs an approved source set and a way to recognize outdated material.
Discovery establishes which sources should be included, who maintains them and which questions the system is expected to answer. The goal is an employee tool tied to the organization’s actual information.
Source references and access rules
Retrieval can provide a response together with references to the material used. Role-based access needs to apply to source retrieval and the delivered answer, not simply to the screen employees log into.
A useful assistant should expose uncertainty or missing information instead of inventing a company policy. Source references improve reviewability; they do not make every generated answer correct. Evaluation checks representative questions and access-sensitive cases.
Pilot before broad rollout
A pilot can start with one team, a defined document collection and an agreed question set. We examine retrieval quality, answer usefulness, permission handling and the work required to maintain the information.
Source volume, connectors, user groups and deployment requirements determine the project quote. Production hosting, ongoing content refresh and management are priced separately where needed.
Questions about this service
Is the assistant trained on all our documents?
Not automatically. We agree the approved sources and choose retrieval, indexing or any other required method. Fine-tuning is a different technique and is not required for every knowledge assistant.
Will it give every employee the same access?
Access is designed around the agreed employee roles and source permissions. The available identity and document systems determine how those controls are implemented.
What determines the price?
Source volume and formats, connector complexity, user groups, identity requirements, deployment environment and evaluation scope determine the written project quote.
