Start with the work, not the model
We look at the trigger, required information, repeat decisions, software tools and handoffs in each agreed process. Stakeholder interviews and an agreed sample of records show where manual effort or delays accumulate.
A process with changing policies, unavailable data or few repetitions may need redesign before automation. The assessment helps identify those conditions rather than treating every task as a build opportunity.
What you receive
The written output includes an opportunity map, integration requirements, operating-cost assumptions, potential savings and a recommended implementation sequence. Important unknowns and dependencies are stated so your team can judge the plan.
Potential savings are estimates, not guaranteed returns. A proposed implementation should be evaluated against recurring usage, maintenance, review effort and the cost of handling failures, not just the time spent on the current manual task.
The boundary of the engagement
This is a focused assessment for one team and up to three processes. It does not include a production build, a full historical data cleanup, a company-wide audit or legal compliance certification.
You can use the roadmap to guide your own team or request a scoped implementation proposal. No monthly retainer is required and no build is automatically commissioned at the end of the assessment.
Questions about this service
Is the assessment fee credited toward a build?
No automatic credit is included in the listed offer. Any credit or commercial adjustment must be agreed in the written proposal.
What access do you need?
An agreed sample of relevant documents or records, interviews with process owners and enough information about the software stack to identify integration requirements.
Does this include a working prototype?
The listed assessment delivers a written roadmap. A prototype, pilot or production implementation is a separately scoped engagement.
